Veronica 'Norgates Mauve'

'Norgate's Mauve' is a spicata type Veronica from the late Dennis Norgate's collection. Features Mauve flower spikes rising from bright green leaves during summer and early autumn. It is low growing at 30cm high with a 40cm spread and suitable for cool to temperate areas.

We grow two different species of Veronica, the lower growing Spicata types and the taller Longifolia types. Both need reasonable soil in a spot with full sun and plenty of water in summer to be at their best. A winter dormant perennial, they flower in summer and if sheared back more flowers occur in autumn. For cool to temperate climates in full sun.
