Postage & Handling
Please note*, we cannot post to WA, NT or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions.
We charge a flat rate of $17.50 for all orders up to 24 plants. For larger orders, please contact us using the form below or directly at Service@perennials.com.au
We send orders every Friday afternoon to ensure delivery early in the next working week. Australia Post processes your order that Friday evening and it is placed in transit over the weekend. Most metro deliveries arrive on Monday or Tuesday with rural areas taking a day or two longer depending on location and you will receive an email with confirmation of postage.
if you have any concerns with your order, please contact us with your order number using the form below or directly at Service@perennials.com.au If you require express or registered delivery, contact us after placing your order to arrange payment of additional postage costs. If you have any specific delivery instructions there is a text field in the checkout form you can use.
Please note* There may be times where we delay sending orders until the following week due to certain factors. Excessive heat in summer, public holidays, floods and bushfires can affect postage times so we only send orders when plants are able to safely be in transit for the least amount of time.
Refunds & Replacements
Typically, we do not offer refunds on plants. However, we do handle certain situations on a case by case basis. In extreme circumstances such as one or more plants arriving beyond saving, we are happy to reimburse you or send replacements free of charge. Please contact us within 2 days after delivery via email at service@perennials.com.au with photos for reference and we will be happy to assist you.
