Scabiosa 'Fama Blue'

Scabiosa caucasia 'Fama Blue' is a perennial that makes excellent cut flowers. It is best in well drained garden soil, preferably mulched, and flowers for a long period during summer and autumn. It has lilac-blue 8cm wide pincushion like flowers. Whilst the foliage grows to  around 35cm high with a 35cm spread, the flower stems can grow up to 50cm in length. It is semi deciduous in frosty climates and is frost hardy. Supplied in 450ml pots.
