Salvia 'Koyamae'

Salvia Koyamae (Japanese Yellow Sage) can be a hard-to-find plant and one of the few yellow flowering salvias. It has larger triangular foliage with plenty of pale lemon flowers during late summer and autumn. Best protected from hot afternoon sun we find it grows best in cool to temperate areas. Very tough, drought tolerant and it tends to go deciduous in our cold winters. Growing to about 60cm high with an 80cm spread.
