Salvia 'Koyamae'

Salvia "Koyamae' (Japanese Yellow Sage) is a fairly hard to find plant and one of the few yellow flowering Salvias, it has largish triangular leaf with plenty of pastel lemon flowers during late summer and autumn. Best protected from hot afternoon sun and tolerates mild shade. We find it pretty tough and quite drought tolerant. Its semi deciduous in our winters. Growing here to about 60cmx80cm. Probably better in cool to temperate areas.
