Ruta 'Jackman's Blue'

'Jackmans Blue' is a hard-to-find perennial shrub/herb that features unusually coloured leaf often described as a metallic blue green, but to our eyes we see it as a powder blue. It has maiden hair fern like foliage and small yellow flowers appear during summer. It is semi deciduous in very cold climates whilst being evergreen in milder areas. Super drought tolerant once established and makes for an excellent contrast plant. For cool/temperate areas only and to achieve the best leaf colour, plant in full sun. Grows to around 70cm high with a 60cm spread.
