Isoplexis 'Canary Island Foxglove'

Also known as Isoplexis Canariensis or Digitalis Canariensis, this is quite a rare plant from the Canary Islands. It has done exceptionally well sailing through our +40-degree mid summers and -6-degree frosts, proving to be a very hardy and drought tolerant plant. It is also a very well-behaved perennial shrub that repeat flowers over spring, summer and autumn. It has glossy dark green leaves whilst being evergreen. Grows here in SA to about 1.2m high with a 1m spread. For best results, plant in cool to temperate climate areas with full sun or part shade.
