Hakonechloa Aureum - Golden Hakone Grass

A superb ornamental grass with fountain like, variegated leaves for areas of morning sun or shade. When grown in part shade, the yellow tones in the leaves will be more pronounced. In deep shade, the variegation will be lime green. In the cooler days of autumn, the golden foliage becomes infused with shades of pink and red. For cool to temperate areas. Deciduous in cool climates and grows to around 35cm high with a spread of 40cm.
