Eupatorium 'Gateway'

Eupatorium Gateway is an impressive summer flowering perennial.  with is clumping and deciduous with deep wine-red stems clothed in dark green lance shaped leaf, with bold 30cm-40cm dome shaped clusters of rosy-purple flowers. Grows to around 120cm - 140cm high. Established plants are at their best with a good soak every few weeks in summer. This plant is an amazing butterfly magnet and the flowering stems are ideal for cutting. For best results we recommend planting in cool to temperate areas with full sun. Cut back to ground level in winter for fresh new shoots in spring.

Supplied as a bare root dormant crown division equivalent to 450ml pot size.
