Chrysanthemum 'Orange Buttons'

‘Orange Buttons’ has masses of small 2.5cm orange button type flowers during April and May when flowers are usually scarce. It is a florist quality chrysanthemum and will grow stems over 1 metre long. If you would like it to be a shorter growing plant, prune back the stems around Christmas, this will give a bushier, more compact plant with even more stems though shorter. Note* Where possible, we supply these in season with flowers but if the flowers have finished, we cut back the flowering shoots for new shoots to commence from the base of the plant.

Please note, where possible we try and keep flowering stems, but some plants need to be cut back as the stems may be too long for posting. New stems will re develop from the base of the plant.
