Armeria 'Oakbank Lolly'
Armeria 'Oakbank Lolly'
'Oakbank Lolly' is one of our own selections which we also call lolly pink. It stands out from the other pink Armerias with its more unusual colouring. Grows to around 45cm high with a 35 cm spread.
Supplied in 450ml pots.
Armerias are becoming more popular in Australia due to a wider colour range whilst having larger leaf and flower size. All the hybrids we grow are the larger perennial type with more prolific and bigger flowers with longer stems than others in the species. Our plants are all cuttings grown, not from seed. Armerias flower mostly during the spring months, but this is often continued into early summer. Sporadic flowering still occurs during late summer and a little more into the autumn particularly if spent stems are removed. The plants are very drought tolerant and are ideal for tubs, containers and pathways as they tend to form into a neat roundish clump. For cool to temperate climates in full sun or part shade.
