Centaurea montana varieties also known as perennial cornflowers come in a number of colours and are great for attracting butterflies, they start flowering here in early November and continue until we cut them back mid January they then have another flush of flowers in early autumn. They are an ideal plant to use as a ground cover containers or under roses, most of our selections grow 30-40cm in flower height with a spread of 40-60cm also useful as a cut flower. Can be grown in a wide range of climates and soils. Supplied in 450ml pots ready to plant.
